Bogie-Hearth Hi Temp Oven (BH-HTO-06)

Our Bogie-Hearth 450 °C high-temperature oven (BH-HTO-06) is designed for the pre-heating of pre-fabricated and machined components in a production capacity. Designed with ease of production and safety in mind, this forced convection electrical oven was designed to enable high-temperature uniformity with multiple safety features. 

Oven Construction

• Maximum operating temperature up to 450 °C ( Normal Operating Range: 100-450°C )
• Inner dimension: Width 1600 mm x Depth 1600 mm x Height 800 mm
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior, with mild steel plate exterior finished by heat-resistant aluminium paint.
• Motorized lifting-up oven door
• Electrical heater as heat source
• Forced convection with :
  • Re-circulating hot air atmosphere
  • Horizontal airflow with side-to-side blowing direction
• Oven-wall mounted type electrical control panel

Work Load Handling Equipment

• The oven will be equipped with a manual load trolley/rack.
