Multi Chamber-Burner Source, Semi Continuous Oven ( MCBS-SCO )
MBCS-SCO is our multi chamber semi-continuous oven, using American burners as the heat source. This oven, otherwise known as electrode baking oven is capable for multi-step heating process up to 480°C.

Zone 1 : up to 95°C (Drying with utilized heat source from zone 2~3 fuel gas chamber )
Zone 2 : up to 240°C ( 1st Baking )

Zone 4 : up to 480°C ( 3rd Baking )
Zone 5 : up to 50°C ( Cooling )

Combination cooling air flow from both side of chamber wall exhausted to the outside
Excess dampness extraction blower on zone 2 & 3 chamber
Fuel gas exhauster blower on zone 1 chamber
Pneumatic air inlet and exhaust dumper on zone 2 & zone 3 chamber
Motorized fuel gas dumper on zone 1 chamber
