Zinc Melting Furnace (ZNMF-550-2500)

The SUHATHERM Zinc Melting Furnace (ZNMF-550-2200) is designed with a 550 kg/hr zinc melting rate and 2500 kg molten holding capacity.

Furnace Construction

• Melting Rate: 550 Kg/Hour, Holding Rate: 2500 Kg
• Inside Dimension (Approx.): W. 1240 mm x D. 740 mm x H. 740 mm
• Outside Dimension (Approx.): W. 1940 mm x D.1440 mm x H.1085 mm
• Combination of lining with ceramic fibre board, fire brick backed up by insulating brick, & hi-alumina castable to ensure low heat loss & power consumption while maintaining a low sheath temperature.
• Melting & holding chamber heat source by a deep corrugated electric heater element
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• PLC wired control circuit
• Overheat protection system
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controllers
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator c/w features;
  • PWM system for very good linear control
  • High accuracy and fast response
  • Able to keep steady temperature very well
  • Extends heater life
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless thermorecorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
