Zinc Tilting Melting Furnace (ZNMF-T-750-1500)

The SUHATHERM Zinc Titling Melting Furnace (ZNMF-T-750-1500) is a tilting furnace with a 750 kg/hr zinc melting rate and 1500 kg molten holding capacity.

• Silicon carbide crucible
• High-alumina castbale backed-up by multi-layer insulation material
• Chamber heat source by electric heater element
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Overheat protection system
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controllers
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator c/w features;
  • PWM system for very good linear control
  • High accuracy and fast response
  • Able to keep steady temperature very well
  • Extends heater life
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless thermorecorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
