Our Pre-Heated Pack Wagon Furnace 320 °C (PH-PWF-01) was designed for the textile industry, specifically for pre-heating textile dies.

Aluminium Continuous Melting Furnace ( ACMF-450-1800 )
Specification

The SUHATHERM ACMF 480 1800 aluminum continuous melting furnace is designed with a 450 kg/hour melting rate, with a 1800 kg holding capacity.

Construction Details

Aerospace Tempering Furnace (TF-B737)
Specification

This aerospace furnace is designed for the tempering & bake-out process in the manufacturing process of engine components for Boeing 737-85P. This 1500 Ltr electric furnace is capable up to temperatures of 650 °C, and uses a proportional forced convection heating system with SCR power regulator (thyristor) to enable excellent temperature uniformity up to required AMS2750E pyrometry standard.

The SUHATHERM Laboratory Ashing furnace ASF-05/5 have been designed specifically for laboratory ashing process. Furnace features a manually adjustable inhaust & exhaust with dedicated airflow tunnel - allowing for the safe expulsion of volatile fumes and vapors generated during the ashing process, increasing safety & promoting ashing process.
