Bogie-Hearth High Temperature Oven (BH-HTO-05)

Our Bogie-Hearth 700 °C high-temperature oven (BH-HTO-05) is designed for the stress relieving process and aging process in a large-scale production capacity.

Oven Construction

• Maximum operating temperature up to 700°C
• Inner dimension: W. 1600 mm x D. 1600 mm x H. 800 mm
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior, with mild steel plate exterior finished by heat-resistant paint.
• Motorized lifting-up oven door
• Forced convection heating system with:
  • Hot-air recirculating system
• Remote floor-standing type control panel

Work Load Handling Equipment

• The oven will be equipped with a manual load trolley/rack.

Electrical Features

• One-touch operating system
• Microprocessor-based digital indicating temperature controllers
• Digital timing system for the soaking/holding process
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator

Safety

• Overheat protection
• Overmoving (wrong step) precaution system on oven door
• Emergency push button
• 3-stage tower lamp for oven condition indication

• (Optional) 8-channel paperless thermorecorder
• (Optional) PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
