Cartridge Filter Drying Oven (CFDO-01)

The SUHATHERM Cartridge Filter Drying Oven (CFDO-01) is manufactured for cartridge filter drying process after filter washing. Designed with steam heat source - this oven is suitable for food & beverage plants operating on a steam boiler.

• Maximum Operating temperature up to 90 ºC
• Inner dimension : W. 3000 mm x D. 1000 mm x H. 1600 mm
• Mild steel plate interior & exterior
• Air tight double leaf manual swing door
• Forced convection system with :
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Horizontal air flow from side to side blowing direction
  • Single zone heating control with steam-heated radiator source
• Oven wall-mounted type electrical control panel
• Mircoprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Digital timing system for soaking/holding process
• Industrial process thermocouple sensor
• Equipped with pulsed steam heating control
• Equipped with automatic door switch (safety interlock circuit)
