Embrittlement Oven With N2 ( EO-02 )

The SUHATHERM Embrittlement Oven with Nitrogen Purging (EO-02) is an up to 400 °C industrial oven with nitrogen purging system. This oven manufactured for the de-embrittlement process of machined aerospace parts after electroplating - with inert environment. This oven is engineered to conform to AMS2750 class 2 pyrometry standards.

• Maximum operating temperature up to 400 °C
• AMS 2750 Class 2 Standard (Uniformity: ± 6 °C)
• Inner dimension: W. 700 mm x D. 600 mm x H. 700 mm
• SUS 304 stainless steel plate interior
• Airtight single leaf manual swing door
• Forced convection with:
  • Hot air re-circulating system
• Forced exhauster with automatic (motorized) fresh-air inlet and exhaust dumper
• (Optional) Installed with nitrogen gas purging system
• Digital indicating AMS2750 compliant PID temperature controller c/w SCR control
• System accuracy test (SAT) & temperature uniformity survey (TUS) port snstalled.
• Equipped with overheat protection system
• Industrial metal sheathed thermocouple type N completed with UKAS calibration certificate
