Embrittlement Oven Without N2 (EO-01)

This up to 400 °C industrial oven without nitrogen purging system (EO-01) was manufactured for the embrittlement process of aeroplane parts without inert environment. This oven is engineered to conform to AMS2750 E class 2 pyrometry standards.

• Airtight single leaf manual swing door

  • Hot air re-circulating system
• Forced exhauster with automatic (motorized) fresh-air inlet and exhaust dumper
• Digital indicating AMS2750E compliant PID temperature controller c/w SCR control
• System Accuracy Test (SAT) & Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS) Port Installed.
• Equipped with overheat protection system
• Industrial metal sheathed thermocouple type N completed with UKAS calibration certificate
