Our multi zone annealing conveyor oven, also known as annealing oven is designed & manufactured for annealing automotive parts. We equipped this conveyor oven with human machine interface (HMI) to enable better user ergonomics.

• SUS 304 Stainless Steel interior
• SUS 304 cross rod wire mesh belt with chain

  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Horizontal air flow, side to side blow direction
  • Hepa filter at return side
  • 4 Nos heating zones
• Motorized conveyor belt with adjustable belt speed control
• Air curtain blower at entrance & exit side of heating chamber
• Exhaust hood at loading side
• Exhaust hood & exhaust fan on top and force cooling fan from bottom at unloading side

• Touch screen (HMI) operating system
• PLC (Programmable Logic Control) control circuit
• Full wired with safety system (overheat protection, belt abnormal, conveyor motor, circulation blower, air curtain exhaust blower & cooling blower overload / abnormal.
• Industrial process thermocouple sensor
• On / off heating control (Optional: Full proportional heating control)
