Semi Continuous Three Zone Tempering Oven (SC-TZ-TO)

The SUHATHERM Semi-Continuous Three Zone Tempering Oven (SC-TZ-TO) is designed for low temperature tempering heat treatment of various components. This oven features an automatic motorized conveyor complete with one-touch operation system which moves jigs from loading, 3-zoned heating chamber, forced cooling zone, and unloading section.

Operational status can be viewed at all times through built-in human machine interface (HMI).

1. Operating temperature: 150 ~ 200 °C*
2. Tempering time: 160 minutes*
3. Cycle time: ± 53.5 minute/tray

Oven Dimension

1. Heating chamber dimension: W. 1000 x L. 4190 x H. 800 mm
2. Workpiece trays (optional & customizable based on products)

Heating System:

1. Hot air agitating system with non-radiating finned industrial heaters
2. Full proportional heating control with SCR (thyristor) power regulator enabling better uniformity & extended heater life

Forced Cooling

1.  Axial fans placed in forced cooling zone after tempering process

Electrical Control

1. Human machine interface (HMI) & PLC-wired control system - control & displays operational status at all times.
2. Digital indicating PID temperature controllers
3. (Optional) paperless temperature recorder
