Top Loading Oven (TLO-05)

The SUHATHERM Top Loading Oven (TLO-05) features a pneumatic-actuated top loading, with a maximum operating temperature up to 315 °C. This oven is suitable for oil & gas drill head heating process & equpiment qualification testing.

• Inner dimension: W. 600 mm x D. 1100 mm x L. 4000 mm
• Temperature uniformity: ± 6 °C (measured under empty load condition)
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior
• Forced convection heating system with:
  • Electric heaters
  • Hot air re-circulating system 
• Pneumatically-actuated swing up door, sealed by hi-temp door gasket
• Installed with 6 Nos access holes holes for inserting test pipe
• Manual adjustable fresh air inlet and exhaust dumper
• Installed with System Accuracy Test (SAT) & Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS) ports for oven calibration
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controller
  • (Optional) Re-transmission output PV (present value ) or SV (set value) communication
• Digital timing system for holding/soaking process
• Overheat protection system
• Full proportional heating control by SCR Power Regulator
• Industrial process thermocouple type K tex. SUHATHERM
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless thermorecorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
