Top Loading Oven ( TLO-02 )

The SUHATHERM Top Loading Oven (TLO-02) is suitable for general heat processing where overhead handling systems are used for workpiece loading. This oven is equipped with pneumatic lifting-up door for easy operation.

• Mechanical convection heating system with 4 heating side
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior
• Auto swing up door actuated by pneumatic cylinder
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Digital timing system for soaking/holding process.
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• On/off heating control
• (Optional) Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator (thyristor)
