The SUHATHERM Walk-in Drying & Curing Oven (WIDCO) is engineered for rubber drying and rubber curing process. 

• Maximum operating temperature up to 300 °C
• Inner dimension: W. 1000 mm x D. 1500 mm x H. 1600 mm
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior
• Air tight double-leaf swing door
• Forced convection heating system with:
  • Electric heaters
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Horizontal air flow, side to side blowing direction
• Manually adjustable air inlet & exhaust dumper
• Oven wall-mounted type electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Digital timing system for drying & curing process
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator (thyristor) c/w features:
  • PWM system for very good linear control
  • High accuracy and fast response
  • Able to keep steady temperature very well
  • Extends heater life
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless thermorecorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
• (Optional) Custom-designed tray & trolley for user workpiece
