Walk In Drying Oven ( WIDO-07 )

The SUHATHERM Walk-in Drying Oven (WIDO-07) is engineered for drying metal plating parts. The oven features pneumatically operated air inlet and exhaust damper, along with a PLC based one-touch operation system designed for operational ease-of-use.

• Maximum operating temperature up to 260 °C
• Inner dimension: W. 1300 mm x D. 1200 mm x H. 1510 mm
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior
• Air tight double leaf swing door
• Forced convection heating system with:
  • Electric heaters
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Combination air flow, from both side oven wall return to top wall
• Forced exhauster with pneumatically-actuated air inlet and exhaust damper
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• One-touch operating system with PLC wired control circuit
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Digital timing system for soaking/holding process
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator (thyristor) c/w features:
  • PWM system for very good linear control
  • High accuracy and fast response
  • Able to keep steady temperature very well
  • Extends heater life
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless thermorecorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
• (Optional) Custom-designed tray & trolley for user workpiece
